Herbalism

We are committed to practicing and refining the art of herbal medicine.

Herbalism

Plants

We are constantly working to source the highest quality plant material available - often harvesting, processing and drying herbs ourselves, and working directly with local farmers to source the freshest possible. We make and press all of our tinctures in house, and prepare our products using simple, time-tested methods. The herbs we use have been selected because they are safe, gentle, and can be sustainably harvested. The herbs we use are certified organic, and sourced from small-scale, local producers.

Quality

Preparing products that have a therapeutic intent means strict commitment to quality control. We maintain meticulous batch records, process validation, and quality screening to ensure that we are putting out a product we feel proud of and that will be of the highest quality. We are certified in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and certified by the Oregon Department of Agriculture.

Intention

Having a personal relationship with plants, bees, and natural cycles throughout the process of crafting our products is important to us. We do our best to ensure everyone involved is also committed to this intention.

Self Care

We believe that a big part of moving towards personal and societal health and healing is increasing people's access to and knowledge of self care techniques. Our mission is to help individuals and families have access to high quality herbal products and increase the practice of self care.

Oxymels

One of our most unique offerings are our Honey Tonics, which in traditional Western Herbalism are called Herbal Oxymels - a therapeutic combination of raw honey and raw apple cider vinegar. We love combining medicinal plants with these living, raw ingredients. Oxymels are gentle and nutritive, and taste amazing. Raw apple cider vinegar promotes healthy digestion and is filled with probiotics. Raw Honey is gently relaxing, nourishing, anti-microbial, and soothing to the respiratory and digestive systems.
